- Plan, launch & optimise Meta / Google / TikTok Ads for US/EU markets.
- Own ROAS, CAC & LTV and decide what to cut, hold or scale.
- Analyse campaign & creative performance and drive the next round of testing.
- Work directly with the Creative Team to develop new ad variations.
- Build scalable testing & measurement systems and apply AI/Automation to reporting and analysis.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong command of Meta & Google Ads Manager.
- Strong numerical, logical and data-driven thinking.
- Disciplined, self-managed and proactive in learning.
- English IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience managing large ad budgets, US/EU or D2C/E-commerce, and using AI/AI Agents.
