Tuyển dụng Senior Officer - Retail Banking Department, Head Office tại Hồ Chí Minh

Due to development requirements, Indovina Bank is looking for 03 candidates interested in 02 sections as following:

Product Development Section:

- Participate in annual planning for Retail Banking customer product development and periodically monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of plan implementation.

- Participate in developing, implementing and monitoring the operation of policies/ programs/ products to develop Retail Banking customer business activities at IVB.

- Build, deploy, develop and manage programs/ products to develop Retail Banking customer business activities to Business Units

- Analyze competition of Retail Banking products in the market, position IVB's products and propose to develop new credit products, improve or cancel existing products.

- Develop fee schedules and interest rates related to products and services for Retail Banking customers within the scope of management.

- Research and apply appropriate digital banking technologies to integrate into Retail Banking products and services to add value to Retail Banking products and services.

Sales Promotion Section:

- Support to launch, develop business and partnership in Retail Banking (RB)

- Prepare the training program on RB business strategy, business plan, business tools and to train directly to sale team and managers in order to develop skills and quality of sale team

- Support and cooperate with Business units to launch and perform business plan monthly/quarterly/yearly.

- Propose guarantee credit transactions & other related to transactions (if any)

- Develop regulations, programs for RB sale stimulation, policies for specific customer group from time to time, and promote to all business units

- Research strengths, weaknesses and particular points of each area/province/city in order to coordinate with RB Product development section to develop products and services satisfying to regional customers’ demand

- Develop and manage programs linked with partners in order to develop RB business. Develop and organize customer and partnership conference...

- Support Business Units to promote policies, programs of RB business development

- Other tasks as assigned by management level.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in banking, finance, economics or equivalent

- Knowledge on banking business and partnership development.

- Ability to analyze, to evaluate the ability of problematical debt recovery.

- Skills of communication, negotiation, analysis, synthesis and statistics, presentation

- Experience: At least 3-year working experiences in product and business development, sales promotions for Business Units
