1. Professional tasks

1.1. Draft policy documents, amendments (regulations, processes, guidelines, forms, internal notices, etc.) related to Cards, POS and Digital Banking.

1.2. Implement and manage the promotion and business of Cards and Digital Banking:

- Implement card business plans (credit, debit, prepaid, co-branded cards, etc.).

- Execute sales, promotions, incentive programs for card users/ customer segments.

- Implement marketing, cross-selling campaigns for Cards/ Digital Banking for Business Units (BUs), increase usage of digital services.

- Analyze, evaluate business performance of Business Units to propose sales initiatives and improvements.

1.3. Research and develop Card/ Digital Banking products:

- Conduct market research, propose new card products suited to customer needs and market trends.

- Research, propose, modify features on Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and other channels, etc. to enhance customer experience.

- Coordinate with relevant professional units/ partners to test and resolve product issues on digital channels.

- Regularly review, evaluate, and improve digital channel features for competitiveness and customer convenience.

- Participate in UAT, pilot testing of system upgrades, acceptance testing and live deployment.

- Participate in department/ division projects as assigned.

1.4. Card risk management: Control processes and regulations related to Card/ Digital Banking operations, supervise risks.

1.5. Merchant and POS management:

- Support branches in onboarding new merchants.

- Manage and store contracts with POS Merchant partners.

2. Other tasks

- Periodically/ ad-hoc report on work as required.

- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by Leaders of Department/ Board of Division Directors/ Competent authority levels.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Professional Knowledge and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree upwards in major: Economics, Finance, Banking, or related majors.

- Knowledge of legal regulations on banking, card, and digital banking.

- Working experience: Preferably with experience at financial institutions.

2. Skills

- Effective communication skills.

- Basic problem-solving and decision-making.

- Analytical, synthesis and statistical skills.

- Presentation and delivery skills.

- Teamwork skills.

3. Other Requirements

- English: TOEIC 500 upwards or equivalent.

- Match with the regulatory criteria for prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction
