Senior Manager – Land Management

Job summary:

Plays a crucial role in overseeing the development, and sustainable use of land and property and assets (not including equipment). This role involves managing land portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, real estate development proposal, and implementing best practices for land conversation and development.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Land Management:

• Develop and execute land management strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee land acquisition, leasing, and development processes

• Assess land use potential and optimize resource allocation for sustainability and profitability

Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Stewardship:

• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal land use and environmental laws.

• Work with environmental agencies and local authorities and zoning permitting, and conversation efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiations:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community organizations

• Address land-related disputes and resolve issues effectively.

Operations & Financial Management:

• Oversee budgets, contracts, and financial planning for land projects

• Monitor land valuation trends and investment opportunities

• Develop reports and recommendations for senior leadership regarding land assets

• Land Bank Digitalization’s Documents Preparation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 15+ years in land management, real estate development, finance & legal

• In-depth knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations

• Experience in real estate M&A

• Proficiency in land surveying, and property valuation (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
