Technical and M&E Manager (A Subsidiary of Sabeco)

- Develop maintenance procedures, plan and execute periodic maintenance and major overhauls for infrastructure and production lines to optimize operational efficiency and achieve corporate strategic goals.

- Strategize and manage comprehensive engineering maintenance and spare parts utilization to ensure continuous, safe, and high-efficiency operation of beverage production lines and utility systems at optimized costs.

- Manage the operation of energy supply systems (steam, CO2) for production, and coordinate the engineering team for prompt M&E troubleshooting to ensure a safe and uninterrupted working environment.

- Collaborate to budget strategic equipment investments, plan the procurement of assets, spare parts, and fabrication, and strictly monitor material utilization to optimize plant-wide engineering costs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production technology processes and participate in evaluating the capabilities of equipment, material, and spare parts suppliers.

- Structure workforce planning, standardize job descriptions, and optimize staff allocation; combine with training and coaching to ensure team alignment with technical procedures and departmental performance.

- Update legal regulations, maintain ISO quality management systems and 5S practices, and strictly monitor the inspection and calibration of pressure vessels and metrology equipment in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Enforce strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and food safety standards in accordance with the Company's regulations

- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve departmental goals, and flexibly execute other duties as requested by upper management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from university of electrical engineering - electronics - technical technology or more.

- At least 3 years of experience.

- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering and factory utility system maintenance;

- Maintenance management experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing plants;

- Extensive hands-on experience in electrical engineering, mechanics, environmental systems (wastewater, emissions), and occupational safety.
