1. Strategic Legal Business Partnering & Advisory

● Act as the dedicated Legal Business Partner, delivering pragmatic legal solutions to support daily operations and strategic goals.

● Identify legal risks across operational activities, propose risk-mitigation measures, and balance business objectives with legal safety.

● Serve as the central link between Company and the Group Legal Department, escalating complex corporate affairs, major disputes, and high-value transactions appropriately.

2. End-to-End Compliance & Risk Governance

● Build, monitor, and maintain the system-wide compliance framework across core areas: Education, Labour, Immigration, Tax, Safeguarding, and Data Privacy.

● Maintain the Legal Risk Register, conduct periodic compliance reviews, and drive corrective action plans for any identified gaps.

● Lead legal compliance for growth projects, including new school expansions, operational models, procurement, and international accreditation standards.

3. Contract Governance & Administration

● Oversee the full lifecycle of system contracts (Vendor, Service, Employment, Student Agreements, MOUs/NDAs), balancing commercial agility with risk control.

● Enforce compliance with the Group’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) and ensure standard templates remain updated with current legislation.

● Manage and digitize the contract repository to ensure structured archiving and seamless tracking.

4. Employment Law & Regulatory Relations

● Partner closely with HR Department to navigate labor management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.

● Act as the primary liaison with state authorities (DOET, DOLISA, Immigration, Tax, Social Insurance, Fire Safety) to manage licensing, audits, and statutory reporting.

5. Policy Governance & Compliance Culture

● Maintain and update key governance policies, including the Code of Conduct, HR/Student Policies, and Child Safeguarding Frameworks.

● Design and deliver engaging compliance training programs to promote ethical conduct, integrity, and regulatory awareness across all campuses.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree or legal certification is an advantage.

● Minimum 4–6 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance roles.

● Experience in the education sector or multinational organizations is preferred.

● Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

● Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

● High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
