Senior Lab Manager - Dau Giay (Shuttle Bus Provided)

Lead test laboratory operations and product validation activities from product design through mass production. Ensure testing quality, laboratory safety, regulatory compliance, resource and equipment readiness, and on-time support for all projects. Oversee the planning, establishment, and expansion of laboratory facilities and testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead laboratory testing, validation, reliability, and regulatory activities.

2. Manage laboratory capacity, priorities, equipment, fixtures, and schedules.

3. Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 engineers and 30 technicians.

4. Review test plans, specifications, standards, and acceptance criteria.

5. Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely execution of testing and reporting.

6. Lead failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.

7. Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, safety, and compliance systems.

8. Develop laboratory procedures, KPIs, budgets, and equipment investment plans.

9. Support NPI, value engineering, localization, supplier development, production issues, and warranty investigations.

10. Coordinate with global laboratories and cross-functional teams to standardize testing methods and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in product testing, validation, NPI, product development, or laboratory operations.

3. Minimum 5 years of engineering or laboratory management experience.

4. Experience with complex electromechanical or consumer products.

5. Strong knowledge of reliability testing, performance testing, failure analysis, and root-cause analysis.

6. Knowledge of UL, CSA, IEC, ISO, CE, or equivalent standards.

7. Fluent in English.

8. Experience with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition, calibration, and test fixtures.

9. Strong leadership, planning, communication, and project-management skills.

10. Independent, hands-on, self-driven, and results-oriented.

11. Fluent in spoken and written English.
