Senior Insurance Backend Engineer

· Participate in insurance platform implementation, customization, integration, and modernization projects.

· Provide insurance domain expertise and solution consulting throughout the project lifecycle.

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

· Support insurance transformation initiatives for life and non-life insurance companies.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.

· Must have experience with Insurance Solution

Experience:

· Minimum 10 years of experience preferred

· Strong candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered

· Strong insurance domain knowledge with practical project experience.

· Experience implementing or supporting insurance platforms and packaged solutions.

· Experience in application development, solution configuration, or system integration within the insurance industry.

· Understanding of policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer management processes.

Preferred Platform Experience: Life Insurance:

General Insurance:

· Guidewire

· eBAO

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in insurance core system transformation projects.

· Functional consultant, solution consultant, or solution architect background.

· Experience supporting regional insurance clients in Southeast Asia.

· Strong English communication skills.
