SAP Project System Consultant

nalyze business requirements and design SAP Project System (PS) solutions to support project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes.
Configure and maintain SAP PS functionalities, including:
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Network Activities
Project Planning and Scheduling
Budgeting and Cost Planning
Project Settlement
Progress Tracking and Reporting
Collaborate with business users to optimize project management processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and PM.
Support project budgeting, cost monitoring, revenue recognition, and project closing activities.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and go-live support.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.

inimum 4+ years of experience in SAP PS implementation and/or support projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP Project System processes, including:
Project Structuring (WBS & Network)
Project Planning and Scheduling
Budget Management
Cost Planning and Tracking
Project Settlement
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
Strong understanding of integration between SAP PS and SAP CO/FI.
Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS) and working with development teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Willing to work in flexible shifts (e.g., 13:00 – 22:00) or other schedules depending on project requirements.
Willing to travel or work onsite in Korea or other countries when required.
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System.
Hands-on experience in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, EPC, or Capital Project industries.
Knowledge of SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
Experience in AMS/Support projects and SLA-based service delivery.
Familiarity with SAP Clean Core and Fit-to-Standard methodologies.
Experience working in multinational or offshore project environments.
