Senior Executive Planning and Cost Control

JOB PURPOSE

• To effectively plan and coordinate all logistics and supply chain activities for drilling and production operation, as well as control costs associated with those activities.

• To accumulate and build annual budget for drilling campaign and production operation in term of logistics support.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calculate requirement and set up cost for new shorebase facility (open yards, warehouses, etc) to fulfill Company’s drilling and production programs.

• Work with relevant departments for supply chain WP&B to meet annual drilling and production program.

• Develop and implement a supply chain plan for the drilling and production campaign, including the requirement of vessel fleet, helicopter program, land transportation, the management of supplies and equipment, consumable consumption, and the coordination of personnel.

• Monitor and control costs associated with supply chain WP&B during the drilling and production campaign to ensure that spending is in line with budget.

• Analyze and report on logistics and cost performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Coordinate on inventory level and identify opportunities to minimize inventory.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all logistics and cost data and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Integrate inventory, supply chain, budget and finance control system.

• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technical, Planning or a related field.

• Work effectively in English as the language of business.

EXPERIENCES

• Over three (03) years of experience, preferable in the Oil & Gas industry in related onshore /offshore operation.

• Knowledge of offshore drilling, be familiar with drilling rigs and offshore production facilities.

• Experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as a background in cost control and budgeting.

• Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to perform multi-task assignment, prioritize and manage tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Be enthusiastic, diligent and flexible to working hours and locations.

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
