Senior Digital Marketing

Develop and implement an integrated Digital Marketing strategy
Manage, execute, and optimize digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Plan and deliver branding, lead generation, and performance marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with the Sales/Business team to support lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
Manage digital content to ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with the F&B market and product positioning.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as KPIs, ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency.
Analyze user behavior and propose improvements to landing pages, user experience, and conversion funnels, appropriate to the company’s scale and resources.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and F&B market insights; propose creative and practical growth initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners (agencies, website vendors, KOLs/KOCs if applicable) to ensure campaign effectiveness and timely delivery.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing; experience in F&B, FMCG, Retail is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing digital marketing activities
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and website management is an advantage.
Strong ability to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns independently.
Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of digital metrics
Proactive, flexible, hands-on, and growth-oriented.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
