Senior Designer (UI/UX)

• Design intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile applications from concept to high-fidelity UI.

• Create user flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs based on business and user requirements.

• Apply UX best practices to improve usability and deliver user-centered experiences.

• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate based on business and user needs.

• Monitor user feedback and product performance to continuously improve the user experience.

• Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital products.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and team knowledge sharing (if applicable).

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic design or related field

• At least five (05) years working experience as UI/UX Designer or related roles

Knowledge:

• Good working proficiency in English.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and design systems.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Up-to-date with current design trends and UX/UI best practices.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong visual design and attention to detail.

• Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

• Ability to solve design problems and deliver user-centered solutions.

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have: knowledge of web publishing would be a huge plus
