Senior Data Analyst - Business Intelligence Executive (Fin. Dept.)

• Execute the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data collection, validation, transformation, and analysis to deliver accurate and actionable insights

• Collaborate with ERP, Data/IT, and Operations teams to understand business logic, standardize data definitions, and ensure data quality

• Develop and maintain data models and datasets (SQL / Power BI) to support reliable analysis and reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking and business monitoring

• Perform data analysis (trend, variance, segmentation, basic driver analysis) to support business insights

• Support forecasting and planning activities through data analysis and reporting

• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and reduce manual work (Power Query, SQL, basic Python, if applicable)

• Support stakeholders by providing insights and data-driven recommendations

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Experience & Background

• 5 years+ in Data Analytics / BI

• Experience in Retail, Education, FMCG, Fintech, or other data-driven businesses is preferred

• Experience in data analysis and reporting with business exposure

• Exposure to forecasting or planning is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields

2. Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization), Power BI (data modeling & dashboarding), DAX (advanced measures), Excel (advanced modeling).

• Understanding of data modeling and data transformation

• Experience in data analysis and working with structured datasets

• Python (data processing/automation) is a plus

3. Domain Knowledge

• Basic understanding of business metrics (revenue, cost, volume, etc.)

• Ability to support business analysis and performance tracking

4. Soft Skills

• Translate data into clear insights

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Structured thinking and ownership of tasks

• Proactive and comfortable in dynamic environments

• Good command of English
