Senior Continuous Improvement Executive (TPM Experienced)

PURPOSE:

• Drive operational excellence and performance governance through data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support factory performance management system including KPI deployment, dashboard governance, loss analysis, and operational review routines.

• Strengthening TPM pillar deployment, equipment ownership culture, and cross-functional operational discipline.

• Focus on OEE, losses & waste reduction, productivity improvement, and sustainable operational performance.

• Support SC OPS leadership in driving operational visibility, performance follow-up, and continuous improvement culture across the factory.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Project CI Project & Operational Improvement

• Support CI project deployment and operational improvement initiatives.

• Analyze operational losses and identify improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements.

• Support TPM and equipment ownership deployment.

2. Performance Management & KPI Governance

• Consolidate factory KPIs and operational reports.

• Maintain dashboards and ensure reporting accuracy/timeliness.

• Track OEE, productivity, losses, waste, and savings realization.

• Support weekly/monthly operational review cadence.

• Coordinate follow-up for operational gaps and action plans.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare operational dashboards and executive summaries.

• Analyze operational trends and provide insights for decision making.

• Support SC OPS governance and reporting standardization.

4. Engagement & Capability Building

• Promote CI culture and operational discipline across shopfloor.

• Support employee engagement and continuous improvement participation.

• Facilitate CI knowledge sharing and best practice deployment.

Education & Experienc

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, Manufacturing Excellence, or related operational roles ( Production Sup/Maintenance Sup)

• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Proven experience in KPI governance, operational reporting, dashboard management, and cross-functional project execution.

• TPM / Lean Six Sigma certification or practical implementation experience is preferred.

• Experience in performance management and operational review systems is an advantage.

Specific Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, loss & waste analysis, and operational excellence methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability (5Why, Fishbone, 4M, Kaizen).

• KPI management and performance governance capability.

• Dashboard and reporting capability (Excel, Power BI, Power Query preferred).

• Ability to facilitate operational review and cross-functional follow-up meetings.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong operational understanding.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
