FP&A Executive (Contract 12-Month)

Position: FP&A Executive (Temporary – 12 Months)

Department: Finance – FP&A

Reporting to: Business Intelligence and FP&A Manager

Purpose of the Role

Support the FP&A team in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The role will provide operational and analytical support to ensure continuity of FP&A activities while key team members participate in strategic system transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and performance analysis.

• Consolidate and validate data for forecasts, budgets, and rolling estimates.

• Prepare variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.

• Maintain and enhance financial dashboards and management reports.

• Assist in IBP, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial information.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
