主要职责 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

1. Project financial management: Responsible for product estimates, budgeting, accounting and final accounts, managing the product life cycle, performing timely operational analysis and identifying financial risks.

2. Channel Finance: Manage channel incentive budget, settlement, and customer reconciliation, provide bi-weekly updates on budget and settlement progress.

3. Billing & Documentation: Handle invoicing and manage Credit Notes/Credit Memos (CN/CM) as required.

1. 项目财经管理：负责产品概算、预算、核算和决算，管理产品生命周期，及时做好产品经营分析，识别并预警经营风险。

2. 渠道财经：负责渠道激励预算管理，渠道结算及客户对账，每双周更新预算折行与结算进展。

3. 发票与账务处理：处理发票业务，必要时负责贷记通知单/贷记备忘录 (CN/CM) 的核销与处理。

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 3-5 years of financial work experience, consumer goods industry working experience is preferred.

2. Understand the relationship between the three financial statements, good financial report analysis skills, Proficient in MS office

3. Proficient in communicating and collaborating in Chinese, and English proficiency is an advantage.

4. Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills; highly resilient with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

1、3-5年以上财经相关工作经验，有消费品行业背景者优先。

2、深入理解财务三大报表之间的逻辑关系, 具备优秀的数据分析与财务报表分析能力, 精通 MS Office（尤其是 Excel）。

3、能够熟练使用中文作为工作语言进行沟通与协作，英语优势

4、具备优秀的跨部门溝通协调能力，抗压能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境.
