Senior Banking Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in core banking implementation, integration, enhancement, and support projects.

· Provide expertise in core banking business processes, product configuration, and solution architecture.

· Support project delivery, pre-sales activities, and customer engagements across Southeast Asia.

· Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement banking solutions.

· Provide functional and technical consulting for banking transformation initiatives.

· Must have experience with Banking Solution

Experience:

· Minimum 10 years of experience preferred

· Strong candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered

Required Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with at least one major core banking platform:

o Oracle FLEXCUBE

o Temenos Transact (T24)

· Strong understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, lending, deposits, payments, and related banking operations.

· Experience participating in core banking implementation or migration projects.

· Ability to work closely with business users, architects, and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in multiple banking transformation programs.

· Experience in Southeast Asian banking projects.

· Solution architecture or product specialist background.

· Strong English communication skills.
