Senior Backend Developer (.NET) - TA172

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Business, BA, and SA teams to define appropriate technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications within the Collection ecosystem and related banking systems.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, security, availability, and SLA requirements.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software following development standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and operational documentation.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, incidents, and production problems as Level 3 support.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
• Perform system enhancements, modifications, bug fixes, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and post-release support activities.
• Conduct capacity planning to support business growth and increasing transaction volumes.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development tools to improve system efficiency and maintainability.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's development standards, security policies, architecture principles, and operational processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Manager, or Director.

1/ Educational Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

2/ Relevant Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong development experience in at least one of the following technologies: .NET, JavaScript, ETL, or SQL.
• Experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience in application troubleshooting, incident investigation, and production support.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Collection Systems, Risk Systems, or other large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.

3/ Relevant Knowledge / Expertise

Must Have

• Strong capability in utilizing AI-powered development tools and IDEs such as Claude, Cursor, Kiro, Opencode, Google Antigravity, or equivalent solutions.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good understanding of application architecture, database design, and system integration.
• Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and enterprise application development.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of application support, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading technical discussions or mentoring team members.
