Senior Backend Developer (Java/Spring Boot)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Java and
Spring Boot.
Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components supporting mission-critical business applications.
Design and optimize database structures, queries, and system performance for large-scale data processing.
Build reliable event-driven solutions using technologies such as
Kafka or
RabbitMQ.
Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Improve application performance, security, stability, and overall code quality.
Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and production troubleshooting when required.
Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
Continuously explore new technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum
3 years of Backend Development experience using
Java/Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with
Microservices,
REST APIs, relational databases, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Familiar with
Docker,
Git, and
CI/CD.
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building scalable, high-quality software.
Experience with gRPC,
ReactJS/NextJS, AI-assisted coding tools, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
