(Senior) Associate, Treasury (Temp)

Job Purpose

To manage core corporate treasury functions within the FPV Finance & Accounting team, focusing on banking administration, loan documentation, and interest reconciliation to support real estate operations. The role ensures flawless compliance with Group Treasury controls and local SBV reporting standards while maintaining audit-ready documentation and resolving operational banking matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for bank account opening, updating and closing. Maintain bank approval matrix comply with Group Policy.

- Assist funding process including intercompany loan and external loan. Prepare documentation for loan drawdowns and monitor loan covenants. Coordinate with accounting team to reconcile interest payment periodically.

- Prepare and submit Treasury report in time including SBV report and report to Group Treasury.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the banks to resolve payment issues.

- Manage treasury transactions on system, ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree (University/College) in Banking, Finance or a related field.

• Experience: Prior working experience at a bank is preferred.

• Good foundation of financial and accounting knowledge.

• High discipline, attention to detail, and strong work ethic .

• Willingness to learn and handle repetitive tasks .

• Ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to commit on a short-term contract (maternity leave coverage).
