• Create detailed plans meeting German standards and norms (HOAI, DIN).

• Collaborate closely with the German planning team via digital platforms (video conferences, project management tools).

• Coordinate detailed planning and communication with specialist planners.

• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of planning documents.

• Lead the Firm's Architectural Team.

• Establish standards, planning process, BIM workflow, recruitment & capacity building, commissioning & operation.

• Guide and lead the team in work planning, task management, project controlling & monitoring (timelines/submittals, hourly recording, performance review).

• Support the planning team in creating BIM models and plans across all design phases.

• Handle Project Administration - tendering & proposals, project setup & organization, progress monitoring, constraints & mitigation, claims and additional service management.

• Manage time and quality - ensure deliverables comply with Contract Conditions, especially schedule and quality.

• Serve as the Contact Point to Clients - coordinate on Delivery Schedule, Project Base Documents, Client's requests, and clarifications.

• Handle Project Filing - receipt of Client's Project Documents, submittal of Deliverables to Client, etc.

• Assist in interviews with potential candidates.

• Organize employee training on CAD software, quality check & production.

• Establish and maintain standard workflow & process; support optimizing standard operating procedures.

• Bachelor's degree

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in 3D Modelling and technical drafting, ideally within Service Phase 5 (LPH 5) under HOAI.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit or comparable BIM software.

• Familiarity with German construction projects and delivery standards.

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.

• A disciplined, methodical approach to work, paired with strong collaborative and team-oriented capabilities.
