Key Responsibilities | Trách nhiệm chính

• Develop architectural drawings across all project phases, from conceptual design to construction documentation.

• Develop and manage BIM models from LOD 200 to LOD 450/500.

• Prepare schematic designs, design development packages, construction documents, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and strict compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Manage assigned deliverables and track progress to ensure timely completion.

• Independently manage specific work packages or lead entire architectural projects from concept to completion, depending on experience and project requirements.

• Conduct site surveys and resolve construction-related issues on-site as required.

• Review drawings and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.

• Ensure the Scope of Work (SoW) is executed in accordance with the project contract, while collaborating with the finance department to facilitate stage-wise sign-offs and invoicing upon completion of each design phase.

• Lead or participate in coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.

• Triển khai bản vẽ kiến trúc trong tất cả các giai đoạn từ thiết kế ý tưởng đến hồ sơ thi công.

• Xây dựng và quản lý mô hình BIM từ LOD 200 đến LOD 450/500.

• Lập phương án thiết kế sơ bộ (Schematic Design), hồ sơ phát triển thiết kế (Design Development), hồ sơ bản vẽ thi công (Construction Documents) và các tài liệu phục vụ thuyết trình.

• Phối hợp với khách hàng, các đơn vị tư vấn, nhà thầu và các bộ phận nội bộ trong suốt vòng đời dự án.

• Đảm bảo chất lượng thiết kế, tính chính xác về kỹ thuật và tuân thủ các quy chuẩn, quy định xây dựng của địa phương.

• Quản lý các đầu việc được giao và theo dõi tiến độ nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng thời hạn.

• Tùy theo kinh nghiệm và yêu cầu của dự án, có khả năng độc lập phụ trách một gói công việc hoặc dẫn dắt toàn bộ dự án kiến trúc từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến khi hoàn thành.

• Thực hiện khảo sát công trường và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến thi công khi cần.

• Kiểm tra bản vẽ và hướng dẫn chuyên môn cho các kiến trúc sư cấp dưới.

• Đảm bảo phạm vi công việc (Scope of Work) được thực hiện đúng theo hợp đồng dự án, đồng thời phối hợp với bộ phận tài chính để thực hiện công tác nghiệm thu và xuất hóa đơn theo từng giai đoạn thiết kế đã hoàn thành.

• Chủ trì hoặc tham gia các cuộc họp phối hợp với khách hàng và các bên liên quan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred: HCMC University of Architecture).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or BIM-related roles.

• Experience in large-scale developments such as high-rise or office buildings.

• Knowledge of BIM documentation for government submissions.

• Proficiency in Revit (BIM ecosystem), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kiến trúc hoặc Kỹ thuật (ưu tiên Đại học Kiến trúc TP.HCM).

• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kiến trúc và triển khai kiến trúc.

• Có kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án quy mô lớn như cao ốc hoặc văn phòng.

• Hiểu biết về hồ sơ BIM theo yêu cầu của cơ quan quản lý nhà nước.

• Thành thạo Revit (và các phần mềm trong hệ sinh thái BIM), AutoCAD và SketchUp.

• Liên hệ và phối hợp với các đơn vị tư vấn (Kết cấu, MEP...) về tất cả các yêu cầu thiết kế và quy chuẩn xây dựng chuyên ngành.

• Hiểu biết tốt về phương pháp thi công, vật liệu xây dựng.

• Tham gia các cuộc họp kỹ thuật để giải quyết các vướng mắc tại văn phòng/công trường.

• Liên hệ và trao đổi trực tiếp với khách hàng/chủ đầu tư về các vấn đề liên quan đến dự án.

• Quản lý, hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn các họa viên/thiết kế viên trong quá trình triển khai bản vẽ.

• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.

• Có khả năng quản lý và tham gia nhiều dự án cùng lúc.

• Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, lãnh đạo và giao tiếp tốt.

• Có kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
