Senior Analytics Engineer (Middle/Senior Level)

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Design and optimize data models, data marts, and data warehouse structures to support analytics and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and drive business growth across Ride-Hailing, Food, and Delivery products.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
• Support ML/AI initiatives through data preparation, exploratory analysis, and metric definition.
• Develop forecasting models and business performance frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation across data pipelines and analytical outputs.
• Contribute to key business domains such as dispatch, pricing, delivery operations, and customer analytics.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and transformation.
• Experience with BigQuery or other modern data warehouse technologies.
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling, Data Warehouse).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset, Redash, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about leveraging data to drive business impact.
