Senior Accountant (Outsourcing Service) (Team Leader)

We are looking for a suitable candidate to work as an outsourcing accountant with the following main duties:

• Contact to clients to collect the accounting/ tax documents;

• Check documents and enter data into software;

• Process general accounting for preparation of financial statement;

• Assist senior to prepare and compile financial and tax reports;

• Assist senior to prepare and submit of tax declaration of VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT;

• Advise the accounting/ tax regulations directly to clients under senior’s guideline;

• Compose the accounting/ tax services agreement;

• Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push client’s dossiers and solve the troubles if any;

• Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues;

• Any other duties/ tasks as assigned;

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduates in accounting and finance;

• Good communication skill in English IS MUST;

• At least 05 years working experience in outsourcing accounting firms;

• Experience in accounting, tax, or audit firms is highly preferred.

• Preferable have working experience directly to clients;

• Up to date knowledge of Vietnamese accounting/ tax regulations;

• Hands on PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system;

• Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure;

• Immediate available is preferred;
