Legal Specialist

1. Job Purpose

* Advise clients on foreign investment procedures from company incorporation through daily operations, including investment registration, enterprise registration, licensing, and amendments to licenses (e.g., IRC, ERC, sub-licenses, and related approvals).

* Handle procedures relating to visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, and other immigration matters for foreign nationals.

* Provide legal advice on other matters involving foreign individuals and foreign-invested enterprises.

1.2. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare application dossiers and assist with procedures for foreign nationals.

* Liaise with relevant authorities to process applications and obtain approvals.

* Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance relating to foreign investment and immigration matters.

* Assist in preparing legal documents, applications, and client correspondence.

* Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director and/or Lawyer.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field;

* Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in foreign investment, corporate, and immigration matters (IRC, ERC, sub-licenses, visas, work permits, temporary residence cards);

* Good understanding of Vietnamese investment and enterprise regulations;

* Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills; and

* MUST proficient in spoken and written English.
