Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will play an important role in ensuring accounting accuracy, tax compliance, and supporting financial operations of the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Review daily accounting transactions in ERP system and ensure proper accounting entries in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and internal policies.

• Review and monitor product costing structure and ensure costing data accuracy for manufacturing operations.

• Prepare and manage tax declarations including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) and support communication with tax authorities when required.

• Review monthly closing activities and verify financial reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Monitor and control Fixed Assets, depreciation, tools management, prepaid expenses and related accounting records.

• Support annual audit, tax audit and internal control activities.

• Participate in process improvement and accounting system enhancement projects.

• Perform other accounting assignments requested by Chief Accountant.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing companies.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Tax regulations and financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP or equivalent accounting software.

• Experience in cost accounting/manufacturing accounting is highly preferred.

• Good English communication skills, especially in working with foreign management team.

• Strong Excel and computer skills.

• Careful, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work independently.

• Experience in EPE company is a strong advantage.
