Customer Care Officer

- Managing sales activities to achieve sales target monthly.

- Controlling POs, FC and delivery s’dule to customers.

- Updating sales plan after receive customer’s order, customer’s FC or information and send to all related departments.

- Preparing shipping documents and related documents to arrange send out goods to customer.

- Keep well communication and relationship with customer.

- Cope with PC department to make production s’dule to meet customer delivery requirement.

- Cope with PUR department to control material to meet customer demand.

- Cope with QA, ENG department to deal with customer claim.

- Yearly evaluation customer satisfaction and inform related department to make countermeasure to meet customer required.

a. Graduated from college or university

b. Having good command of computer skills

c. Good communication and interpersonal skill

d. Customer-minded, supportive

e. Honest, careful, teamwork & result-oriented

f. Can communicate in English at basic level.
