- The Security Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of security services and leading the Security Service Group. This spans from business strategy (product portfolio, managed security services, and vendor partnership development) to technical execution (solution consulting, deployment, and operations management) and team leadership, ensuring optimal security delivery and compliance for Samsung affiliates and external Vietnamese enterprise customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Consulting & Technical Delivery: Assessment & Consulting: Conduct security assessments and gap analyses for customers; design and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with their business requirements.
- Modern SOC & MSS Delivery: Lead the design, implementation, and expansion of Security Operations Centers (SOC) using SIEM/SOAR platforms. Establish standard detection use-cases, automated incident response (IR) playbooks, and threat intelligence/hunting operations (EDR/XDR).
- Hands-on Deployment: Lead the configuration and implementation of security solutions, including Hardware (Firewalls, Proxy, IDS/IPS, etc), Software (Anti-malware, EDR/XDR, AI Security, etc) and Service (Pentest, Threat Hunting, VA, SOC, ITO, etc)
- Operations Management: Oversee the delivery, timeline, and quality of security projects related to SOC, ITO
- Business Development & Product Strategy: Portfolio Building: Research market and technology trends to build, define, and optimize the company’s cybersecurity product and service catalog.
- AI Security Governance: Shape go-to-market strategies and consulting models for secure Generative AI service adoptions (PaaS/SaaS), enforcing prompt filtering, data masking, API key management, and data privacy policies.
- Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic alliances with global cybersecurity vendors and solution providers.
- Presales Support: Shape go-to-market strategies and provide technical leadership for bidding, tendering, and proposal (RFP/RFI) processes.
- Leadership & Project Coordination: People Management: Assign projects/tasks, monitor performance and quality, foster the professional growth of junior security engineers.
- Resource Allocation: Balance workloads and dynamically coordinate human resources across multiple parallel projects to meet customer SLA.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in Information Security, with at least 2 years in a leadership or similar role (e.g.,Security Delivery Manager, Security Team Lead, Presales Lead, or Senior Consultant)
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam Local Laws, including the Cybersecurity Law (Law No. 24/2018/QH14) and the Personal Data Protection Decree (PDPD - Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) regarding data localization and consent frameworks.
- Possess a systemic security mindset with deep knowledge of Zero-Trust architecture and Defense-in-Depth strategies, Threat Modeling processes, etc
- Hands-on proficiency in configuring and managing Network security,Endpoint security, Cloud security.
- Understanding of SOC architectures, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and incident response workflows.
- Understanding about Security standard (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Good English Communication
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (capable of managing customer relationships); strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven track record of working with security vendors, managing partner ecosystems, and packaging technical services into commercial products
- Holding advanced technical or management certifications is a strong advantages: CISSP, CISA, CEH Master, PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
