Section Chief (Quality Control) – Enameling Division

Lead and supervise quality inspection activities in the post-painting area
Identify, analyze, and validate defects during the production process
Assign tasks and manage inspectors to ensure efficient workflow
Conduct daily briefings to communicate production updates and quality requirements
Monitor product quality and implement actions to reduce defects and customer complaints
Analyze root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
Prepare and present regular quality reports to management
Train and develop team members on inspection standards and procedures
Collaborate with Production and other departments to improve overall quality performance
Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality control procedures
Bachelor’s degree or College degree in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of quality control processes in a manufacturing environment
Strong observation and defect evaluation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities (especially defect root cause analysis)
Ability to distinguish colors and identify visual defects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to train and guide team members effectively
