Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.
- Check and issue all related docs for sea inbound shipments (Booking Note, Pre-alert, BL, Filing manifest, billing with customer and vendor/ carrier, Credit Note, Debit Note, etc…)
- Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent and timely...
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Working Abilities:
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
- Over 1-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in freight forwarding.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office, especially excellent Excel skill is an advantage.
