1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Booking, Customer Service, or Documentation within a Freight Forwarder.
2. Good at English
3. Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
