To develop sea cargo of Cardinal Global Logistics (Vietnam), we need qualified employee for the Sea Import Executive position.

What You Will Do

• Handle daily sea import shipments from pre-alert to cargo delivery.

• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, co-loaders and trucking companies.

• Check and process import documents: B/L, Arrival Notice, D/O, Invoice, Packing List, C/O, etc.

• Follow up vessel schedules, shipment status and D/O release.

• Coordinate import customs clearance and delivery to customers.

• Check import charges, prepare debit notes/invoices and control shipment costs.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and shipment-related issues.

• Update shipment information and maintain proper records according to company SOPs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years’ experience in Sea Import / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.

• Good knowledge of import procedures and documentation.

• Good English communication skills.

• Basic MS Office knowledge.

• Responsible, careful, proactive and good at teamwork.
