Cardinal Global Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd - Hanoi Branch is a provider of international transportation and logistics services. with experience in air and sea freight as well as information technology.

To develop sea cargo of Cardinal Global Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd - Hanoi Branch, we need qualified employee for the Sea Cargo Executive position.

What You Will Do

• Daily handling of business cases in the area of cargo export/ import shipments and delivering of shipments in accordance with the procedures for dispatching and delivering.

• Contact clients, agents and shipping companies, other freight forwarding companies and customs bodies in connection with dispatching and delivering shipments.

• Issues and monitors transportation documents, collects documents for dispatching and delivering shipments.

• Electronic data processing.

• Organizes the check-in procedure, export customs clearance and the dispatching of shipments.

• Composes records about damages and deficits of shipments and complaint orders.

• Issues invoices of the accumulated expenses respectively transfer to the person in charge for invoicing.

• Makes offers to customers and partners.

• Customer service, keeps contact with agents.

• Knowledge of the standard operation procedures/guidelines and systems.

• Freight / Forwarder

• Export – Import knowledge

• Sea cargo export and import knowledge

What You Are Good At

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics/ shipping/ freight forwarding.

• Teamwork, commercial thinking, dynamic, proactive and responsible.

• Adaptability and flexibility.

• Good English communication/ reading/ listening.

• Computer basic knowledge, MS office.
