Sea Export Assistant Manager

- Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipment, document status with related parties.

- Check, submit and issue all related docs for sea outbound shipments (SI/VGM, AMS/ISF/ENS/AFR …, Pre-alert, BL, etc…)

- Ensure all shipping information and related docs are collected from customers, carriers, agents and share or update to respective partners on-time.

- Timely report to Manager...

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Knowledge

- University degree

- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea export documentation handling

- US/CA cargo handling experience is a big plus

2. Skills

- Good command of English.

- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required
