SCM Officer (Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Chuỗi Cung Ứng)

Main purpose:

- Implement day-to-day administrative processes are streamlined by working between SCM with team members (including Sales, Production, Accounting, and QAQC) to improve processes and to ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and finished goods within the scope of supply chain management.

- Support SCM Manager implement supply chain strategies to ensure that critical distribution processes run effectively and achieve organization goals and performance KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

+ Supply Chain Strategy:

- Implement and contribute ideas of supply chain strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.

+ Logistics & Distribution:

Control and supervise the logistics operations of products according to scheduled plan with expected time, place, quality, and quantity, and temperature.

+ Inventory & Warehouse Management:

- Take responsibility and manage inventory (physical and data) at DC daily and other periodically base.

- Control the receiving and stocking of incoming beef products, ensuring proper storage conditions and inventory management of DC.

- Maintain accurate and updated records daily (documents, temperature, and quality control forms for distributing activities) according to sales demand and production supply.

- Implement detailed operation works of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of beef products to customers from and to Distribution Center (DC), meeting delivery timelines and minimizing errors.

- Supervise and coordinate with members of rented warehouse and drivers to ensure that all distribution activities adhere to operation efficiency and company policies.

+ Transportation:

- Follow delivery schedule and implement required distribution operation with transporters.

- Monitor transportation providers, delivery plan and quality.

- Contribute ideas and solution to build up performance metrics.

+ Purchasing

- Conduct and implement purchasing of related products and services to be purchased.

- Implement and prepare payment documents according to company’s policies.

- Conduct and report operation activities, work directly with suppliers to optimize service quality and ensure timely delivery of materials.

+ Other tasks:

- Work directly and coordinate with Department of Animal Health about Veterinary Cert for meat products.

- Contribute good ideas and maintain a healthy atmosphere and collaboration spirit within supply chain team with other departments.

- Other tasks as assigned by upper Director and Manager.

Education:

- Bachelor Degree, (prefer) in Logistics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related majors.

Experience:

- At least 2 years of practical experience in detailed operations and implementation of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center of FMCG.

- (prefer) meat or cold temperature-control products in COLD-warehouse.

- (prefer) experience in using ERP/SAP systems.

- (prefer) experience in working about Veterinary Certificate for food products, food safety and quality control procedures.

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of purchasing contracts and commercial law, business processes of supply, logistics and intra logistics.

- (prefer) experience in meat and food products.

Soft skills

- Good skills in building cooperative relationships with customers and suppliers.

- Detail-oriented with a can-do mindset.

- Ability to analyze and process good data and make related reports.

Special requirements

- Willing to commute frequently to warehouse/DC if needed.

- Integrity, high commitment, and teamwork spirit.

- Able to work usually in low-temperature condition (in cold warehouse).

- (prefer) Good English for communicating internally and externally.
