SCM - Business Planning Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Creating and following up with on all purchase orders.

• Applying import permit for the color machine.

• Customs declaration and handling of customs inquiries.

• Receiving orders from the Sales department and posting into SAP.

• Checking stock data and coordinating with relevant departments / LSP for delivery.

• Updating relevant departments on the delivery schedule, open orders, and backorder.

• Collecting the delivery document and completing the order posting into SAP.

• Maintaining compliance policies.

• Other assignments by the direct supervisor.

• Gender: Male/Female

• Education: University/College

• English: Communication

• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office

OTHER REQUIREMENT:

• Graduated from University/College with major of logistic, supply chain…

• Have knowledge about import-export reguations.

• Have 2 years experience in Supply Chain is a plus

• Order Management experience using SAP is a plus.

• Good communication skills, MS Office, and English.

• Working well under pressure.
