Sample Quality Management Staff (R&D Staff)

1. Sample Inspection
Inspect product samples, including Proto, Fit, and PP samples.
Compare samples against Tech Packs, specifications, and customer requirements.
Check measurements, workmanship, garment construction, and overall product quality.
Identify and document quality issues during the sample review process.
2. Quality Risk Assessment & Improvement
Identify potential quality risks related to fabrics, sewing, printing, embroidery, and other production processes.
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for quality improvement.
Follow up on quality issues with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Record and maintain sample inspection results accurately.
Prepare QA comments and inspection reports.
Maintain organized records of all sample inspections and quality findings.
Education: C ollege degree or higher in textiles, garments, or related fields is required.
Experience:
1–2 years of working experience.
Experience working in a garment factory, manufacturing environment, or laboratory is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and a quality-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
English or Mandarin communication skills
