FP&A SENIOR OFFICER

FP&A Senior Officer, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. In charge of factory performance
Responsibility
1. Factory performance analysis
Analyze monthly factory costs, including in-house expenses and subcontracting costs, to identify key cost drivers and performance trends.
Perform what-if analysis to support operational decision-making
Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements for better performance.
2. Ad hoc Projects
Create ad hoc financial analysis by business requirements
Additional duties as assigned
1. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or related fields is preferred; finance, accounting, or auditing backgrounds are a plus.
2. Professional Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); analysis tools (Power BI is a plus)...
3. Years of Work Experience:
3 - 4 years’ experience (garment or fabric experience is highly desirable).
4. Technical Skills:
Proficient in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.
5. Languages:
Chinese (English is a plus)
6. Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and elaborate with stakeholders.
Good at presentation and interpersonal skills, careful and trustworthy.
Time management and timely task completion orientation
