Sales Support Engineer (PPD Drafting)

• Assist sales engineer in preparing tender and bidding documents.

• Attend customer meeting with sales engineers for technical issues explanation and clarification.

• Study & understand Customer drawings for making Proposal Drawings (PPD) with clear & full information based on Customer Drawings & Sales Engineer’s agreement.

• Discuss with Sales engineers to fulfill PIF to meet customers’ requirements.

• When a project becomes a prospective project (get LOI signed by Director & Customer or PEB Standard’s Offers signed by Customer) or a signed contract project, Sales Support Staff receive the final information from Sales engineers for modifying & updating PIF & PPD. The final documents will be transferred to Customer Services Dept. for entering new job.

• Follow up with Engineering Dept. to get output (estimates, column reactions, etc,…) in quotation stage.

• Follow up with CSD Dept. to get output (approval drawing, estimates etc,…) in job stage.

• Follow up with customer and sales engineers to get Revised Approval Drawing (if any)

• Follow up and prepare Change Order and send to CSD (if any)

• Communicate with concerned Dept. to solve problems during the projects.

• Record all input & output of each projects for controlling project easily by updating project information in the system as well as sending documents to related departments.

• Prepare, manage the ISO documents, make sure the ISO compliance is followed by all team member.

• Be in charge of internal and external Audit of ISO and other process improvement methods that company is applying.

• At least bachelor degree which is related to Engineering & construction.

• 2 year working experience.

• Good knowledge of technical details & drawings.

• Familiar with AutoCad & Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and problem - solving skill

• Be careful & diligent in works.

• Can work well in team.

• Willing to work under pressure.
