To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the KA/sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, timely internal process, and high customer satisfaction:

• Supporting the sales/KA team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts

• General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities

• Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents

• Supports the customer planning and implementation process

• Provides customer information and supports the identification and qualification of Sales leads

• Engages customer periodically with Key Account Managers / Sales for active interactions and involvements

• Supports Sales/Key Account team in preparing business reviews (if required)

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure all tasks align with company regulations

• Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or relevant fields

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with less than 1 year of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry

• Broad understanding of the logistics industry

• Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities

• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent basic business skills

• Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook

• Adaptable to different cultures

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
