Sales Support

💼 Job Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with quotations, bookings, and customer service.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines/airlines, agents, and internal departments to track shipments and handle arising issues.
Prepare quotations, contracts, shipping documents, and relevant reports.
Update customer information, monitor order progress, and ensure service quality.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the
Department Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/College degree in relevant fields.
At least
1 year of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service, preferably in the
Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
Fluent in Chinese
(listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with customers and partners.
Knowledge of
Import/Export and Incoterms is an advantage.
Pleasant appearance, professional manner, and good communication skills.
