- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Approach new clients to expand business; understand logistics needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Propose international logistics services (air and sea freight, customs clearance, domestic transport, warehousing).
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Review documents and information provided by clients and agents to prepare quotations and tender proposals.
- Support customer service (CS) operations, including communicating with internal departments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service to clients.
- Communicate with clients, overseas agents, and subcontractors via email and telephone.
- Stay updated on logistics industry trends and domestic/international business information; report to the Japanese manager.
- Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.
- Stay updated on new regulations regarding import/export policies.
- Troubleshoot issues as necessary.

- Bachelor's degree
- English: Intermediate (both written and spoken, capable of smooth business communication)
- About 5 years of experience B2B sales
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the logistics industry
- Extensive knowledge of import/export operations, freight transport, and logistics
- Strong understanding of the local market and the ability to cultivate new business relationships
- Logical thinking, Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Willingness to undertake domestic business trips
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
