- Assist the Japanese representative in daily sales, client communication, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high service quality.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for prospective clients.
- Coordinate closely with the Hanoi operational team to ensure smooth service execution.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and initial troubleshooting for logistics issues.
- Arrange client meetings and accompany management on key business visits.
- Participate in domestic business trips to Hanoi or southern provinces as required.
- Report sales progress, market developments, and pipeline status to management regularly.

- 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- English: Intermediate (both written and spoken, capable of smooth business communication)
- About 5 years of experience B2B sales
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the logistics industry
- Extensive knowledge of import/export operations, freight transport, and logistics
- Strong understanding of the local market and the ability to cultivate new business relationships
- Logical thinking, Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Willingness to undertake domestic business trips
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
