Sales Representative - Industrial Paper

Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Research market trends and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Sales Execution
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Gather feedback to improve products/services and sales strategies.
Reporting & Collaboration
Track sales activities and report progress to management.
Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align efforts.
Yêu cầu:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
5+ years of sales experience(entry-level candidates with strong motivation will also be considered)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools
Frequent travels required.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Experience in paper and packaging industries
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Multilingual abilities (English or Chinese).
