Accountant Executive (Singapore)

Accounting: Perform data entries, prepare, and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting. To also manage and maintain full sets of accounting books including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable; ensuring that all transactions are accurately and timely recorded.
Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash books and resolve any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and other relevant accounting schedules.
Tax Compliance: Ensure entities are in compliance with India tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and GST returns.
Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of documentations to support external and internal audits.
Ad-hoc tasks: Any ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.

Experiences:
Mid-level candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting working experience.
Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Experience in SAP, Xero, Tally accounting softwares preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification
Others:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
Good working attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Be meticulous, organized with high attention to details.
