Sales Operation Specialist (Working in Hai Phong Plant)

- Receive customer orders and coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including production planning and business operations execution.

- Execute business operation policies, including pricing, system updates, BCO/COC/Sales Order (SO) changes, product features, and accessory management.

- Develop, implement, monitor, and coordinate delivery plans to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer commitments.

- Collaborate with manufacturing plants to monitor and optimize production inventory levels, ensuring supply availability and operational efficiency.

- Execute business plans and coordinate aftermarket spare parts delivery in line with customer orders and demand forecasts.

- Manage business operations and ensure the timely supply of spare parts and other components to global business partners, supporting international operations and customer requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years of experience in material control/supply chain/planning.

• Strong understanding of material synchronization, inventory control, and optimization principles

• Extensive knowledge and experience with MRP systems, SAP, Power BI, inventory management and supply chain processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Good communication skills with members in the department as well as other related departments.

• Well perform reporting, communication and discussion skills on problems that arise at work.
