Sales Operation & Analytics Assistant

Sales Operations Management:

- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and processes.

- Manage and optimize sales workflows, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key sales metrics, financial performance, and KPIs.

Financial Analytics:

- Conduct financial analysis to support sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Provide insights into revenue trends, margin analysis, and profitability to drive business decisions.

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment of sales and financial goals.

E-commerce Insights:

- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to enhance e-commerce strategies.

- Optimize pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management based on data insights.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to support business initiatives and improve customer experience.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

- Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or data analytics in the e-commerce or beauty industry.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.

- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)

- English working proficiency

- A strong interest in e-commerce with the ability to analyze data and identify market opportunities.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
