Affiliate & Video Content Specialist

• Own GMV targets and drive sales via Affiliate Video on TikTok Shop.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable KOC/KOL/Creators for each product line.

• Contact, negotiate, and collaborate with creators to execute promotion campaigns.

• Manage and scale KOC/KOL network, building long-term creator relationships.

• Execute booking (paid) and non-booking (organic: Zalo OA Group, TAP, Open Plan,...) strategies.

• Monitor content production and publishing to ensure timeline and brand alignment.

• Optimize video performance based on data (CVR, CTR, ROI, GMV).

• Manage affiliate links, commissions, and evaluate campaign performance.

• Analyze performance by creator, content and platform to identify winning strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams (product/research) to match the right creators with products.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from platforms, users, and competitors for reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, TikTok Shop, or E-commerce.

• Hands-on experience working with KOC/KOLs, creators, or agencies/MCNs.

• Strong performance-driven mindset with focus on GMV and ROI.

• Good data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.

• Experience in beauty/cosmetics or TikTok ecosystem is a plus.

• The existing KOC/KOL network is an advantage.
