Sales Officer (Tenant Management, Aeon Mall Ha Dong - 631)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEON MALL Ha Dong.

- Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Ha Dong, Hanoi

- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays

- Job summary: Manage and support tenants in shopping mall to maximize tenants' sales to achieve target and maintain tenants' compliance to Mall's operation rules and regulations.

Detailed job description:

1. Follow sales plan, keep track of tenants' sales and support if needed to achieve sales target for the in-charge tenants (30%)

2. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports. Monitor sales performance and provide accurate data to support business decisions. (20%)

3. Frequently patrol shopping mall to maintain tenants' service standard and performance in compliance with Mall's operation rules and regulations (15%)

4. Support tenants in daily operational matters, documentation processing, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations (15%)

5. Assess to customer needs and suggest appropriate ideas and services to boost sales, find and suggest potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of shopping mall (15%)

6. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (5%)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in any fields

2. Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer service or the relevant fields is an advantage.

3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).

5. Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.

6. Have high responsibility, good customer focus mindset and be careful.
