Digital Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Binh Tan - 647)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Digital Marketing Officer.

+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan – No. 1, Street 17A, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.

+ Report to: Senior Executive/ Manager

+ Main function: Involve in developing company digital platforms. Take advantage of digital tools to reach and interact with online customers with the intent of generating traffic and sales based on the policy established by the Marketing team.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Correspond and supervise agencies to manage and improve all AEONMALL digital tools performance (25%);

2. Execute media strategies. Optimize content & image for Website; Social Network (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and Mobile App to increase traffic and engagement (25%);

3. Propose and Identify trends and insights to contribute to digital strategies to maximize the connection with customers (15%);

4. Work closely with sales team, event teams to implement and ensure media effectiveness of campaigns/event (15%);

5. Make periodical report, proposing solutions to improve digital platforms (10%);

6. Handle related administration tasks such as: making Request for Approval (RFA), payments, contract on time and accurately (5%);

7. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (5%).

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree, in any field;

2. Having 1 – 2 years of experience in Marketing or related fields is an advantage;

3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese;

4. Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

5. Have a good teamwork spirit;

6. Willing to work in shift.
